You are now registering to Hero Girls Camp 2018.
By accepting this participant agreement, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Naru Sports, S.L., provided with the Tax Identification Number B-66585472, with corporate address at C. Vistalegre 11 bj2, 08001, Barcelona, Spain, is a Spanish corporation (“we” or “us”) provides Hero Girls Camp described in the website www.herogirlscamp.com. These terms and conditions apply to Hero Girls Camp named on the Guest Reservation and Payment Form (the “Hero Girls Camp”) and the program for this Hero Girls Camp (the “Itinerary”).
Reservations and Deposits: A deposit of 700€ per participant and per session (except when otherwise noted in writing by us) and a completed online Registration Form (“Registration Form”) are required with this Participant Agreement to reserve space for the Hero Girls Camp. The balance of the Hero Girls Camp payment price (“Hero Girls Camp Fees”) is due 60 days before Hero Girls Camp start date (as listed on the Itinerary). If we do not receive the full payment by 60 days prior to the Hero Girls Camp start date, we may cancel your reservation and retain the deposit. All prices are in € (Euro). Except as expressly stated in the Itinerary, you are solely responsible for any Hero Girls Camp related costs that you incur.
Client Cancellation & Refund Policy:
– Before May 30th – Refund of 50% of the deposit (350€) and balance payment.
– Before June 30th – 50% of the full payment fee.
– From June 30th – No refunds.
If a player reserves a place on the Hero Girls Camp program and subsequently cancels, the following refund policy will apply: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Hero Girls Camp Admissions, C. Vistalegre 11 bj2, 08001 Barcelona, Spain. Cancellations are effective on the date that Hero Girls Camp receives written notification. There will be no refunds for players who voluntarily cancel for any reason from a Hero Girls Camp program, there will not be any refund for a player who is asked to leave a program for the use of drugs or alcohol, non-notification of a serious medical condition, or gross disobedience of the rules of the program (decisions which are at the sole discretion of Hero Girls Camp).
Airport arrivals and departures: On Arrival, flights need to arrive on Sundays between the hours of 8:00am and 3:00pm. For departure on Saturday, we recommend that flights leave from 8:00am to 3:00pm. Outside the hours mentioned above, please contact us for additional fees to apply for your transfer. The addition fee would be 70€ for all the transfers our of the arrival and departure set time.
Data Protection: Naru Sports S.L. hereby informs you that the activities described on the websites www.herogirlscamp.com are carried out in Spain and, therefore, are subject to EU and Spanish data protection and e-communications privacy laws. More specifically, they are governed by Spanish Act 15/1999 of 13th December, Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21st December and EU Directives 95/46/EC, 97/66/EC, 2000/31/EC and 2002/58/EC. Naru Sports, S.L., (hereinafter Spain) holds a file of personal details listed with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The purpose of its creation is to process all information on people interested in taking part in the programs, courses and activities of Naru Sports and other activities provided by the company. Spain also informs those taking part in its programs, activities and services provided by Naru Sports, S.L. Your details will be transmitted via a secure server only from your country of origin to Spain and vice versa. The recipients of the information are members of Naru Sports, S.L. and sporting professionals to provide the aforementioned services, as well as official public and private organisations requiring the transfer of data by law. Refusal by the interested party to provide the details requested shall result in our services being unable to assist ordinarily. The interested party is entitled to exercise his/her rights to access, rectify, cancel and oppose, as established by Spanish Act 15/1999 of 13 December and Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December by contacting the holder of the file, Naru Sports, S.L., by post at C. Vistalegre 11 bj2, 08001 Barcelona (Spain) or by e-mail at info@herogirlscamp.com, including a copy of his/her National ID Document or equivalent. Pursuant to the aforementioned, I hereby agree and expressly authorize Naru Sports, S.L. to process my details and transfer them to the appropriate companies, professionals and official public and private organizations to provide the service requested.
Operator Cancellation or Substitution: We may cancel any Hero Girls Camp at any time before departure, including the number of participants signed up for a given Hero Girls Camp to be insufficient to operate such Hero Girls Camp. In this case we have established the minimum number of participants to operate the program in 40 participants. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Itinerary as it has been published; however, the final Itinerary may vary due to factors beyond our control. We may in our sole discretion substitute services or goods of similar quality for any service or good stated in the Itinerary. If a Hero Girls Camp is cancelled, our liability is limited to a full refund of your deposits and Hero Girls Camp Price, If for reasons beyond our control, a Hero Girls Camp in progress must be interrupted or cancelled, we will in good faith consider refunding a portion of the Hero Girls Camp price depending on our actual costs incurred compared to the Hero Girls Camp as originally contemplated.
Hero Girls Camp Cancellation Insurance: We strongly encourage you to purchase cancellation and interruption insurance and additional health insurance to protect against financial loss from unforeseen accidents, illness, and/or loss of baggage: you declare, you have been informed on the possibility of contracting a cancellation and interruption insurance and additional health insurance, likewise of the coverage, exclusions, general terms and particular conditions of said Insurance policy.
Accommodations: Standard Guest accommodations during the Hero Girls Camp for players are double or twin occupancy and will include fully equipped, on-suite bathrooms.
Certification of Participant’s Health: Responsibility to Inform Operator of Disabilities or Pregnancy: By signing below and/or tendering any portion of the Hero Girls Camp Price to us, you certify that you do not have any condition or disability that would create a hazard for you or others participating in the Hero Girls Camp, and that you understand that health care standards, facilities, and services abroad may be different or even inadequate for treating certain health conditions. You agree to inform us via certified mail or e-mail sent to info@herogirlscamp.com (with confirmation of receipt thereof from us) at the time you tender your first payment of the Hero Girls Camp Fee (or at such later time when you become aware of such a condition) of any existing physical or mental illness, disability, pregnancy or any other condition for which you may require medical attention or special accommodation during the Hero Girls Camp. We make no guarantee to be able to accommodate you for such condition during the Hero Girls Camp, and we make no representations or guarantees regarding special accommodations or handicap accessibility on the Hero Girls Camp.
Participant Misbehavior: Alcohol, drugs and tobacco are strictly forbidden during the camp. Participants must respect the other participants and camp staff, and follow the daily planning of the camp and rules. Any serious misbehavior will be subject to immediate expulsion. Parent or Guardian will be immediately notified and will have to purchase the return ticket.
Athletics Release: You hereby acknowledge that playing or practicing soccer is a potentially hazardous activity. You agree that you are voluntarily entering and assuming all risks associated with participating in those activities, including but not limited to falls, contacts with other participants, the effects of weather including heat and or humidity, and the conditions of the training grounds and facilities, all risks being understood and appreciated by you. Having read this waiver, and knowing these facts, and in consideration of Naru Sports acceptance of this application, you hereby waive and release the Naru Sports and its representatives from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of your participation in soccer playing, practicing, swimming or training.
Responsibility/Liabilities: We act only in the capacity of agent for the suppliers of the travel services named in the Itinerary or otherwise providing services or goods in connection with the Hero Girls Camp (the Suppliers”), such as hotels and other lodging providers, camp operators, sight seeing trip operators, bus lines, car rental companies, driving services, restaurants, and providers of entertainment. We assume no responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason (1) any act or omission of any of the Suppliers (2) any matter beyond our exclusive control. We have no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying all passport and visa requirements of the destinations and for complying with all laws of the country in the Itinerary. You are also responsible for respecting the authority and following the directions of the Hero Girls Camp guide during an Hero Girls Camp. We may exclude you from participating in all or any part of the Hero Girls Camp if, in our sole discretion, your condition or behavior renders you unfit for the Hero H Camp or unfit for continuation once the Barcelona Women Camp has begun. Unfitness may include, without limitation, any behavior that, regardless of its cause, is inappropriate or offensive or interferes with the delivery of Hero Girls Camp services, or may constitute a hazard or embarrassment. In such case, our liability shall be strictly limited to a refund of the recoverable cost of any unused portion of the Hero Girls Camp. Should you decide not to participate in certain parts of the Hero Girls Camp or use certain goods included in the Hero Girls Camp, no refunds will be made for those unused parts of the Hero Girls Camp ohr goods. The client will be responsible for any cost, damages or losses arising out of his actions or omissions.
General: Any dispute related to the Hero Girls Camp shall be governed by Spanish law without regard to conflict of laws principles. The courts in Barcelona, Spain shall be the exclusive forum for any lawsuit related to the Hero Girls Camp, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction by said courts. You agree to present any claims against us within 30 days after the Hero Girls Camp ends and to file within one year of the incident, and you acknowledge that this expressly limits the applicable statute of limitations to one year. You agree to grant us (and third parties with whom we may engage in joint marketing) a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid up license to use your photographic, video, or digital likeness solely for our promotional and/or commercial purposes. Facsimile transmission of any signed document shall be deemed delivery of an original. At our request, you shall promptly provide an original document as well. If there are any conflicts between this Participant Agreement, the Reservation Form, and the Itinerary, this Participant Agreement shall apply.
